Very helpful
I’ve been referencing this app every day since quitting. It’s great not only to see how many days I’ve been sober, but also I like to view the health tab and see how much longer each withdrawal symptom will last before it improves. I appreciate the settings and the design of the app.

I’m on Day 10 and not feeling the best. This app has given me additional information to give me hope I will feel human again. I am spreading this app name on every forum post and to people in need.
Keeps Me Accoutnable
I really enjoy this app, it helps me keep track and the various goals being achieved gives me a sense of accomplishment. Would highly recommend if you’re trying to quit. I’m an 11 year smoker quitting I verified the information the app provides through ChatGPT and it’s pretty accurate. Good luck to you!
