This is the most important app a cigarette smoking individual could possibly have if sincere about stopping. It could easily be applied for any type of substance use addiction as well with a few tweaks.

This app really seems to keep me on track. I haven’t smoked in 3days but I do find myself reaching in my pocket for a smoke. Just habit I guess. I hope I continue a successful quit and not gain wait which is my biggest concern.

I love this app it checks in with you periodically and makes sure you’re staying on track

You’re better off going to Facebook and joining a quit group. This app constantly crashes and couldn’t play the distract me games.

It took me 11 days to really get the most from this app. That’s when I started opening the tabs and icons to familiarize myself with the information. I especially like the quotes. Sometimes the games (distract me icon) work. Sometimes they don’t load.

This app is absolutely amazing. It’s the friend you never had!! It texts me at the right times to remind me how important it is to stay on track. I have had several strokes due to my smoking. So I’m fighting for my dear life to completely quit smoking!!! Thank you for your help and support. Highly recommend this app if you’re looking for strong support.
