Great costumer service, you keep the number if you subscription expires and you don't pay but you can only receive. Which is great for me using it some months at a time with some months off. I wish there was an easier way to re-subscribe with the same number tho, you have to contact costumer service. might be a way to try to keep people subscribed to their service continuously. I don't know why tho, it could literally be a feature to attract people to the service.

The sign up process is providing your name and validating a cell phone number. That is it. As soon as I provided this information, my account was blocked. And received an invasive email asking for me to email them my Social Security Number and a picture of my ID via plain text unsecured email. Massive privacy violation.

You have created an awesome app, it works perfectly for us… Sometimes I wish we had a clearer connection on phone calls with a little less lag, but that may be inherent to Internet calls. I’m not sure…

After paying $70/mo they require an additional $20 fee and additional monthly payment to be able to even message your clients. You can get a brand new iPhone and an unlimited business line at any carrier for cheaper.
