After I place an order through the app it freezes on the order confirmation page. I’m tired of turning my phone off and on to reset the app after every purchase. This has been going on for months. Please help!

This has to be the worst company I’ve ever bought from. There items are junk and not worth the ridiculous mount of money they charge! The jewelry I ordered was junk. They claim it’s real silver but my rings I bought from QVC tarnished and the stones fell out! Read the reviews they all have 1 or 2 stars. I wish I would not have bought from them. I called and complained and they deactivated my account. Shady company!!!

Everywhere I click in the app, nothing happens. The app and iOS are updated to the latest version. Delete!

When tapping on order history an error message appears. Can only view by going through my account.

I watch you on TV all the time but missed something I wanted real bad so I’m hoping this app on my phone I won’t miss anything else thank you 😊🤗

I am a voiceover user. With the latest update, the search feature on the home screen is not reliable. Sometimes the edit field, which allows the user to enter a search term works just fine; at other times, the other field will not open and there is no keyboard available. I don't know if this happens on the regular screen. I believe it may be an issue with the way the app currently works with voiceover. Please correct this accessibility .issue. incidentally, I am using the latest iPhone SE with the most current iOS update.

I am a blind customer and I access this app using voiceover on my iPhone. Your new update makes it impossible for me to access the search feature on this app. It indicates that it is a search field and I should be able to edit text However, when I double tap on it, it opens up a window that gives me options of things to look for, and does not enable me to type in a search query! There are other WCAG failures with this app please review them.

QVC is terrible. They work differently and backwards than companies these days. They take your money for Easy Pay then deny you later. Only to make you wait for your funds to be returned. Most companies in 2024 avoid you starting payments or anything until approved. Not take funds-and I’m talking hundreds, then hours later let you know your order is cancelled. Give me my money!

UPDATE: Thank you for bringing back the pricing graphics to the Apple TV app. The Apple TV app needs some serious attention. They updated the streaming app a few months ago and changed the current item information graphic, which is different than the one that shows when you watch on TV. The item information doesn’t update in the blue box graphic, sometimes for hours, so you’re watching an item live that doesn’t match the graphic. Please bring back the original white graphic box you see when watching on regular TV.
