Qxpress SmartShip

Oh my god i usually can be bothered to write reviews but I invested time to try this and honestly this apps doesn’t work at all. What a dissapointment.

I never write reviews because I honestly cannot be bothered. I am so very compelled to do one here as I am a frequent user of QXpress on the desktop. And with this review, I hope the management and tech team can see how much they’ve got to improve on it. As I’m always on the go, I’ll have to use a mobile version, therefore downloaded this. But OMG, it is so clunky and it hangs at almost every other function. I cannot click or switch to some settings like even a basic choice of same day delivery or next day delivery. QXpress is still my main go to logistic service provider, but please please PLEASE have a basic working app! Thanks!
