Rabbit Mobility

This application steals money from your card from time to time in very small amounts so you don’t notice or make a bug deal out of it, this is disgusting and should be taken to court.

completely rubbish, i was enjoying it and loved it at first till one day i didnt find any rabbits on the map, i have texted the help center many times but they mostly either ignore me or dont give help, if i have any recommendation for any person who doesnt have this app do not download it.

Very very poor app very bad customer service, i tried to find a scooter and all the green zones are empty no scooters available and customer service didn’t help at all so i tried to rent a scooter and i waiting 3 days pending for approval and again customer service is useless and didn’t help very very frustrating experience with rabbit !!!

I haven’t used the app in 2 years and they charged me for a ride that I’ve paid before once I opened the app again. They charged for a ride twice. Their customer service is abysmal , replying in simple words no explanation and no help at all.

I faced problem three time to lock the scooters and when I talked too them. They let me wait 3-4 mins to response. They send me “We apologize for any inconvenience you might be facing” and tell me how to lock the scooter without asking me what the problem is. I thought that it was bot when I found Mohamed answered and he wrote it. The process took 15 mins to lock the scooter which I didn’t use because it was broken. They let me pay 37 EGP and they refund only 25 EGP to the wallet and I told him I didn’t use the scooter he told me we will try to refund the rest of the money to your account and they didn’t. So bad experience and so bad customer service. I will not use the application again. They should fix their scooters, bugs and change staff of customer service.

لا عارف اقفل المامنة ولا راضين يقفلو الرحلة وبكلمهك محدش بيرد تعديل : اخدو ٩٥ جنيه ولو اتواصلت معاهم محدش بيرد عليه للمرة التانية بجد من اسواء الخدمات الي ممكن حد يستخدمها في حياته واسواء خدمة ولما اتواصلو معايا محدش عمل اي حاجة

I have emailed rabbit team and I couldn’t imagine that the well response back and fix the issue that’s really cool after the app was rejecting my visa they somehow solve it and now it’s working and I am super excited to try rabbit and tell my friends my experience ❤️ thank you for your support

always tells me no internet connection although there is connection
