The latest version of the app crashes with ISO 18.0 after inputting passcode.
How do I use this app? Is it only for business/farming accounts? The instructions are not clear or I need a different type of account, and it that case the App Store ‘Page’ needs to make that more clear
As far as apps go on my iPad, this is by far my worst. I updated my app today and now it’s not even showing upcoming payments. Logout can’t be accessed quickly. The list goes on.
I loved the app till recently I cannot login at all my login details are correct & I can still login in on my laptop. I have raised this issue with the tech department but nothing has changed.
As a recently new customer, I’ve been happy, until iOS15.0 was released about a week ago. For days now, an error message, app won’t even let you try to login, which means logging in via a computer with the physical digipass security. Ain’t nobody got time for that in 2021. I’m a customer with four (4) financial institutions (including Rabobank), and none of the others have had issues with iOS15.0
Sign on could do with fingerprint login. Login keypad has no letters on the numbers which is what some people use to remember passwords... experience looks and acts like something in desperate need of refreshing
Login using RSA... Is the wall to get access into the app really necessary? It’s not well explained at all - what username, what passcode, what token? Does it have anything to do with the Digipass? Not intuitive at all, and I work in the digital industry :/
It would be helpful if you could see more than 30 days of transactions, 60 or 90 days would be better. Thank you.
Would not work to pay bills. Reverted to using my westpac online banking to pay business bills once again. No update seems to improve anything.
I would be better if you could logout from any screen instead of going to the main menu all the time.
