RaceChip+

The app used to work, but now it doesn’t connect to the chip, and keeps saying failed to set the driving mode. Please fix

Been having issues connecting for a while now. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Now all it does is crash when I try to enter SN manually.

Car play integration would make this a good app. As it stands it is just ok.

This app does absolutely nothing. Zero difference no matter what mode you put it in. And the race chip is equally worthless. Don't waste your money on either

Please develop an apple carplay capable app.

I have a race chip RS on a 2022 BMW440. My phone is an iPhone 14 pro, iOS is 16.3..I can change which mode my Race Chip is in, but I only have level 1 and 2 on eco, sport is in level 3 and can’t not be adjusted and Race is only levels 4,5,6. Should each mode have 6 tuning levels or is this the way that the Race Chip RS has 6 fine tuning levels..thanks for any help..

My cables (racechip GTS Black edition) melted together after the heat shield (plastic tube enclosing the wires) for the intake manifold I/O please get in contact with me to help me resolve this. i'd change to 5 stars if it wasn't for this

It was working just fine but after this update doesn’t even connect to my phone and can’t even change the drive modes fix this please

Worked well until uninstalled and attempted to reinstall. App won’t allow me to get past the registration. iPhone 13 pro says CONNECTED. Possibly IPhone incompatibility. Upgraded to IPhone 13 pro at the same time. Need app solution.

I Have had the GTS Black and XLR on my ‘19 Audi S5 Sportback for about 1.5 years now. Overall the performance in Highest setting R+ mode is noticeably peppier, but it’s not an extreme difference like you would see in a full ECU Flash. Still, RaceChip is worth every penny as you get mild performance increase with no worries of voided warranty or a damaged motor. The App has a few MAJOR MISSES that would make it 5 stars IMHO: APPLE CAR PLAY integration… this is a no brainer!!! Would make life so much easier switching modes without fumbling for or swiping through your phone. Please integrate CAR play 🙏🏻 XLR CUSTOMIZATION - when pairing the RaceChip with an XLR throttle controller, it would be a great feature to be able to setup the XLR so you can cycle through your preset modes (Race, Sport, Economy) on the physical device and it changes your RaceChip setting as well. Being able to quickly change modes on the fly (without getting iphone, opening app, connecting, etc) is the biggest miss. Why not make the XLR able to change the modes of both with the physical buttons?? Also thought there would be updates to the “tune” occasionally, as RaceChip sells more units and collects more data. Unfortunately I haven’t seen any tune updates at all. I guess it’s as good as it gets 🤷🏻‍♂️
