App does not sync properly. Sent hours of data to my health app while the watch was unbound, turned off, and back in the box to return.

It always stop working on my phone If I open it it will close back and it not connecting with my watch

The app continues to freeze and won’t unfreeze after opening the app please fix

Tried everything to redownload app, restart watch, turning off Bluetooth then on, rebooting iPhone etc. Cant even sign up with app. Don’t know what else to do. Please update the app to work!
