Beschreibung

Discover the full potential of Radiacode, a device designed for smart, flexible, and efficient operations, which transforms into an even more powerful tool when paired with Radiacode application, thereby enhancing device capabilities in radiation monitoring and data analysis.
INTERACTIVE DASHBOARD
Experience a user-friendly, real-time dashboard that displays comprehensive gamma energy and source analysis metrics, offering seamless navigation across all tools.
SEARCHER
The feature introduces an advanced ionizing radiation search function, equipped with an optimal averaging algorithm that enhances data processing and significantly improves responsiveness, providing users with precise and efficient real-time monitoring of radiation levels across diverse environments.
SIGNALISATION
The feature enhances the application with critical safety tools, activating alarms when detected radiation surpasses preset limits and providing users the flexibility to deactivate these alerts, ensuring a comprehensive approach to radiation monitoring and response.
GAMMA SPECTROMETRY AND ISOTOPE IDENTIFICATION
Radiacode uniquely identifies isotopes from the radiation spectrum, revealing varied gamma energy levels and enabling precise discrimination between different radiation elements for an engaging analytical experience.
Identify isotopes such as Radium-226 and Cesium-137 with ease, revealing varied gamma energy levels for a thorough understanding of different radiation elements, using technology previously exclusive to expensive laboratory equipment, now available in a portable, cost-effective format.

SPECTROGRAM
The spectrogram feature enhances data visualization and analysis in radiation spectrometry. It allows users to view the distribution of gamma radiation intensity across various energy levels in a visual format, making it easier to analyze and interpret radiation data. This function provides a detailed visual representation of the radiation spectrum, improving the ability to monitor and understand variations in radiation levels over time.

RADIOLOGICAL MAPPING
Explore the captivating feature of recording radiation measurements directly on Google Maps, where tracks are vividly plotted with color-coded points, each representing the exposure rate at specific locations.

EVENTS
The Events section allows alarms to function and register as events when set radiation levels are exceeded. It records the duration of the event and displays the limit level values for the period of the event. This section also includes the display of various system events for comprehensive monitoring. Continued development will further enhance this section, providing a customizable activity feed for user convenience.
Radiacode is an excellent tool for scientific experimentation, research and safety.

This app is amazing

I have this running all the time when I’m out and about with my Radiacode. They are getting more features seen in the droid and apple app, in this one now which is great. Can’t wait to see what they come up with next.

Great App! It could have more features

Please add a feature where it shows you the photon energies as they are detected. Thanks!

Excellent Progress!

I’ve been using the Radiacode app on iOS since the beginning of the year. I am genuinely impressed by how far & fast the functionality in the app has come along in that time period. My only gripe: please include altitude when recording tracks! I’ve been doing some experiments correlating altitude/exposure and having to manually join 2 datasets from two apps is very annoying. Again, great app & fantastic execution on the updates! Please keep it up!

Bluetooth disconnects

App worked fine up to IOS version 17.7 but version 18 Bluetooth periodically drops and app crashes every so often. Removed and reinstalled app but problem still exist. Please fix.

Good app, needs some work and needs better iWatch support.

This is an absolutely awesome device (5 star plus). This review is for the companion app only, which could use some TLC. The mapping feature seems to crash a lot, and it does not work very long in the background - it will stop recording location data completely after a few minutes and there’s no way to keep screen from locking to avoid going into background mode if you’re not actively used the app. The measurement units cannot be changed in the app and they stay the same regardless of what you’ve set on the device itself. Most of the settings have to be changed on the device rather than in the app. The alarm levels can be changed in the app at the default units. There is minimal integration with iWatch. When the app is running you can see the cps and dose rate but, like the app, it doesn’t change to match the units on the device itself. I would like to see a dedicated iWatch app with integrations for the clock faces. The app is a great start for this device, I just hope they will actively develop and update the app to fix the current issues. A shared background radiation map that all users could contribute radiation levels to would be a nice feature at some point.

Awesome app and hardware. I would really appreciate being able to look down at a watch face to see Radiacode data in realtime. Thanks for the consideration and work on this app!

Good so far ☢️

Still running test flight love the app really hope we get the Apple Watch part back I was really enjoying that when it was working.

No support for older iPhones

After much research, I decided to get the Radiacode 102 only to find out that the app will not run on my iPhone 6s. It's a shame that the older version of the app is no longer available. I know it can be done because other companies do it. Sadly I now have to cross this amazing device off my short list.

Great, but suggestion

Apollyon1111 on

Great app. Still crashes when running the map. Feature suggestion: consider the option to not have the map running, but log the GPS location when an alert threshold is triggered. We could go back and see where we were when that was triggered without the map hogging processor use.
