I never thought it would happen in the UK, but here we are crippled by the bureaucratic ones. Was a great app, but now pointless. I guess it’s back to the real shortwave radio waves on good old fashioned hardware. I feel sorry for the devs of this app.

What's the point if I can't listen outside UK where's the freedom of speech

Sadly due to Sony Corp, Audio Garden is not permitted to UK users for stations outside UK.

I live in my great old country the uk and I saw xqc (American YouTuber) use this app and i have been thinking about going to Nigeria and I wanted to listen to oyos radio station until I saw about the stupid text that the developers have rote and it’s Absolutely nonsense I can’t even listen to Amsterdam Netherlands where the developers are from not even Belgium which the uk has been friends with ever since WW1 you maybe able to not let us listen to radio stations in Japan but we will not allow it

Seeing that you cannot access overseas stations any longer I feel the subscription £2.99 a month is a lot of money for what this radio app offers maybe it should be no more than a one off payment to remove the adverts eg £5 or thereabouts. Having said this the app is ok save for the worldwide stations which is a reason I would like it.

For UK subscribers this Doesn’t work outside of uk. Pretty much useless as of June 2024

Select station on globe. Pull up bottom tab with station details. Select ‘Visit Website’ and station home page opens in browser. (May need to select player if not on home page). Useful workaround for pointless restrictions and makes App useful again.

The app is going downhill now,stations starting to not work especially London radio stations

Basically just rubbish if you live in the UK . Total waste of time as you can’t access world radio .
