Soo many issues on an app that used to be fine

I don’t mind the ads-I understand that’s how free radio works. But this new update is HORRIBLE. The app used to open and, if you had a station “favorited” would immediately begin to play. Might be on air, might be on a commercial, but would go to whatever station you listened to. Which is what listening to the radio is supposed to be about. But now, the app loads and just goes to a paid commercial and a loading screen, even if you have a station favorited. I don’t want to stare at a loading screen, I want to LISTEN TO THE RADIO. I can find a different app that actually PLAYS THE RADIO.

This app is better than single station apps that are little more than a tuner. It is, however, pretty much just a tuner with multiple stations. It doesn’t offer Waze or Apple Music integration. There’s no larger view for use while driving. You can’t store your presets across devices. Unlike it's competitors, it’s not a cross-platform portal. There's no Alexa app, no Roku version, nor is there even a web-browser version for your PC. It's an iOS and an Android app, and that’s about it. Townsquare should either make it function like it’s competitors or join one (or all) of them!

Used to be one of my favorite apps, but I’ve been waiting months for them to update since it became non-functional after ios13. Then sent an email to inquire if there was a plan to update and got no reply so it’s time to delete ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Crashes on launch on iPhone X

I don’t understand why you force landscape mode on iPad users. This is the most infuriating unchangeable setting.

I can’t select any of the menu options except new stations. I just set up my iPhone 11 with iOS 13. Loved the app before, but it doesn’t work now.

I’ve used this app for a few years now, but since the ios13 update, the app crashes and when I DO get it to open, most of the buttons/icons are missing. PLEASE FIX THIS! This app should’ve been ready for the update.

I just got the iPhone 11 pro and none of the buttons work. Since I had to choose my favorite station that I listen to every morning that’s out of town and nothing happens when I press any of the buttons.

App no longer functional since upgrading to ios 13. Still works on my iPad (but will see since the update for that device comes out tomorrow)
