There not much to do on this and I’ve seen £30 watches with more things to do and more home backgrounds this app should make a way so that you can chose your background But it’s good overall but could be better

I’ve had this watch for four months lower spec good price £40 ish paid only wanted the sleep and steps then anything else was a bonus. It has not really given me anything as I have to charge it every other day it has taken over two days to charge some times it’s off more than on. The watch side has snapped when putting the strap on and the strap has gone a dirty shade of gray and I can’t clean it. But to sum it up… it was ok for a few weeks and now I’ve stopped charging it and am looking for a replacement.

I had a problem with my watch and if I am quiet honestly I was not expecting any response as my watch is a few years old but I am delighted to say they responded and resolved the problem which was technical and I am so pleased to have my watch working as good as new - 10 out of 10 customer service 🤩

Annoyingly despite setting the watch face it sleeps changing. Whole days worth of data missing and the watch app has just reset itself. Only had it 3 weeks.

Just want the watch to work without telling my age, gender, etc. Bring back the previous version

I have a Series 1 which I wear for exercise and a Series 7 as my everyday watch. I’d like to pair both devices to the app so that they record my total steps between them, however, the app won’t let me use more than one. Please can this be fixed?

I wouldn’t recommend this watch at all, it looks nice but the strap easily scrapes off the top layer of material. it doesn’t hold battery for any longer than 2 days, I bought it 3 months ago. It keeps changing all the settings I put it at so I need to reset it constantly. Does not record my heart very often, rarely records sleep pattern and not very accurate with step count. When outside and in daylight you can’t read the screen and doesn’t notify me of texts even when set to do so. I emailed the company with all the issues and explained everything I tried to resolve the issues and the responded by repeating all the things I already said I had tried. DO NOT WASTE your money. If I could have found my receipt I would have got my money back. I would rated it zero stars if possible

Had original radley watch worked very well but now got the newer radley series 7 problem is when the watch battery goes dead and I charge it back up the time will be wrong . So have to go into the app and reset everything have to re enable all the notifications again as these will be turned off . Don’t understand why it does not retain the settings . Very frustrating . Don’t think much of it as it has went fast by 10 minutes and I can’t work out how to change time on it

Comfortable to wear. Not too big. Only annoying thing for me is the clock face keeps changing. Charger cable is very short but like that it has a little clamp to keep it attached to the watch while charging
