Super dead game

This game is extremely hard to play now. Can’t solo dungeons for ancient gears without spending real money. Need to have a way to farm materials to craft it. High end cards is ridiculous expensive. Without spending real money to recharge zenny, it will take years of leaving iPad running every night to grind zenny with limited battle times. Defeats the purpose of playing the game and turn into an annoying day to day chores. Can’t safe refine to +15. Materials can’t be bought from npc to repair and exchange doesn’t have it because a lot of people stop playing so resources on exchange are limited now. If your equipment broke, you can’t repair it due to lack of materials available to craft parts to repair. Empty maps like Amatsu under developed. Moon lake is Odin palace basically empty. Used to be really fun when I found out about this. It was nostalgic to the pc era. Although some monsters are missing like the shinobi, etc. Need more new classes and 5th tier.

I was so excited to get back into this game, only to be met with so many connection errors. I had to restart a quest a few times because it kept refreshing. I can understand 1-2 times if I’ve been playing for hours, but it’s been several times for refreshing and I’ve only been on the game for 30 mins.

Since the upgrade of bigger town layout and 3D view, the game is super laggy and crashes. Before the upgrades, the game was so much fun. Now, it is boring and draining iPad battery and heating up. Town map and layout is so big with unnecessary empty space. Many people quit after the upgrades.

I’ve tried recovering my account and I’ve received no help, it’s really sad since I had spent many hours and money in this game.

In game customer service replies with the same grammatically incorrect ingrish whenever you try to report a bug “after verification, we found no irregular your situation. Please refer to actual in game performance” Also from playing this game 4+ years I’ve noticed bugs take between 2 and 6 months to be fixed, and many still exist from years ago.
