EVER!!!! I don’t know where to begin … the people aren’t even trying !! Who is this guy who designed this thing?! To open the app you can use your fingerprint, which is cool and all the other bank apps I’ve had so far are the same BUT… after that you have to use a photo TAN or a code sent to your phone.. Supposedly for extra security ?! What a pain in the butt… Oh and lastly and most important. I bought a new phone and I forgot my password for this app…: Three days later I’m still waiting for a 6 - digit code on my email to retrieve my account … 😒😒

Contrairement à l’application PostFinance, Quand je consulte mon compte sur le E-Banking, le montant figurant sur l’application ne correspond jamais au montant disponible sur le compte, du coups, quand j’arrive en caisse, je me retrouve à ne pas pouvoir payer à cause du solde insuffisant.

why you cannot safe the user name? this number i don’t want to keep in mind all the time… As many times mentioned- pls save the user name at the login, thanks!

Das Bestätigen des letzten Logins nervt mich ungemein, wenn ich mich einloggen will dann müsste es doch menschenmöglich sein nicht immer dieses lästige bestätigen, ich habe noch zwei andere Banking-Apps und bei denen loggt man sich nach dem Klick auf die App per FaceID ein und fertig!!!!!!

Die E - Banking App ist einfach toll . Leider etwas unpräzise , denn ich schaute meinen Kontostand an und dann dachte ich : Gut genug , um nach Zürich zu fahren ….., Leider war aber dann doch zu wenig drauf !!!!!! Blöd finde ich auch , dass man beim Abfragen immer bestätigen muss , dass man dann zu einem Zeitpunkt letztes mal eingeloggt hat !!!!!!!

Do legacy banks like UBS and Raiffeisen will invest in a real native app that is not buggy as f* like Revolut or banking app like this ? It is not complicated!

Vorher konnte ich mich einfach mit Face-ID und Aufruf Photo-TAN einloggen
