Not working properly. Unable to book an appointment

There is actually no use in this app. Ive logged in not able to see any appointment slots available and only showing for a week or so and not able to see what appointment ive already booked calling through toll free. Couldnt see any report or track vaccines to take.

Nothing is working

Not able to fetch or open anything on this app even a login is not working.

Can’t book the appointments. Can’t see the report. Can’t find the doctors. Why you here in App Store?

I visited the rainbow hospital kharkhana branch for investigations to get to be done for my daughter..they waited me for 4hours and did not do the investigations..there is no coordination in the staff..they do not respond…

Pathetic is an understatement. I booked an appointment and got the appointment ID and booking confirmation, which I took a screenshot of. Later on when I check the app, I do not see my appointment. When I call up the helpline, I am told that it was never booked in the first place and that there is an issue with the app. What kind of pathetic response is this. Why are you allowing such a failed app on the App Store in the first place. I had to go to another hospital finally, which had a better appointment management system, than this failed place. Please avoid the app and the place

Your app is still in 10th century. When i try booking appointment for my kid it keep ls throwing error call 1800 .

The app has not been able to load slots or book appointments and asking to contact toll free number. If that’s the case, why have the app? We can contact toll free itself!
