Unreliable useless app. The food is better.

I can’t order because I don’t know the password to my account. I hit “forget password” and it says a code was sent to my registered email. I receive nothing, not even in my spam. When I try to resend the code, it says there’s no registered account to send to. So I try and sign up using my email… which tells me is already registered and to hit “forget password” to set a new password. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Always have issues with this apps. Sometimes removing and reinstalling fixes and sometimes it doesn’t.

The food is good and so is the service. The Suffolk location has moved and is now located near Mezeh restaurant. Also, the app worked flawlessly for both ordering and purchasing.

I have tried to order using this app several times and it does not work. I have loyalty dollars that I am trying to use and cannot get the order to go through. Not very good customer service

Similar to the featured reviewer, I had placed many orders on the old app. When they released this one, everything disappeared. Now, the app never works and orders are never placed. As a result, I have ordered from rajput just once as opposed to several times because online ordering will not work. This app is absolute trash and it makes me sad that rajput quality seems to be decreasing.

This app never seems to work. I tap on the food it doesn’t go into the cart. I always end up ordering online. I used to have points which have disappeared. I have ordered on the old app several times but now I guess all of my orders have disappeared. What a shame.
