Raley's

I haven’t written an app review before, but this app is terrible. I have never had the QR code reader work and I have to get assistance at checkout causing those behind me to wait. I’m not completely computer illiterate but the UX on this app is horrible. It’s like they want to say they offer low prices but make it so difficult to actually get the discount that people give up. Who needs these discounts the most? The elderly and low income people who may not be tech savvy. And how does this app get a 4.7 rating? Did you force all your employees to submit a 5? Shame on you Raley’s.

I have the deals not work numerous times and the app freezes up half the time. Another thing, how are my 80 year old parents, who don’t have smartphones, supposed to get access to the deals? I’m done with Raley’s.

App has been down for 2 days now.

Not happy with this whole situation once again I had to pay full price and not able to get the sale on my groceries because of poor internet connection inside the store

I don’t always have time to plan my grocery trips. With Raleys, you have to open the app, find the coupons, and “clip” the ones you want in order to get the discount. It’s not enough that you are a registered member. There are times when I’m in the store and try to quick clip the coupons and it doesn’t work so I end up paying full price. It’s best I go where you can scan your membership or put in your phone number o get whatever discounts the store has to offer.

It won’t accept verification codes sent 2x. I have my rewards card & won’t accept that #. Also are Raley’s customers that don’t have computers or cell phones losing discounts that are available only with this app?

I mean, seriously, it’s stupid as …. Bad connection? Too bad. If your parents don’t have a smart phone - so you have to go clip the coupon? Too bad. And the database on it never updates properly, so you constantly get the “this coupon can no longer be clipped.” error. Go back to normal coupons!

Safeway app is much better for clipping coupons. This Raley’s app’s coupon clicking is tedious and glitchy. The developers need to take a lesson from Safeway’s app coupon clicking system. Or better still, just make all discounts and coupons added automatically to our account since you are already collecting our shopping data.

DONT USE! THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER THE GOODS WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE TO YOUR COMPLAINTS! Very disappointed in this app. The help button does nothing. I’ve reached out twice due to paying for items that I didn’t get and yet I’ve still had no response from anyone. I am livid. They will steal your money and not give you the products. I’m disputing this charge with my cc company due to the lack of response or resolution on my issue. The driver stole my food and I have proof that I paid for it.
