I have known about tapping for a while and used it before but after finding poppy on happy place I downloaded this app and can honestly say it’s amazing .. it helps me so much when I really need it ! 100% recommend

I love that everything is there, ready for me when I open the app, for however I’m feeling at the time. Sometimes, all I need is a reminder of the good things to go from Meh to Yeh! It’s a great sense of community and over a short space of time, it has become my normal morning routine to start the day in a better frame of mind and great to end the day in gratitude and calm. Love it!!!
I have been using this app since October and I use it on a daily basis. I couldn’t recommend it enough. I particularly love the ‘live’ taps which occur Monday-Friday at various times. It has a wonderful community feel, building rapport with the teachers and fellow tappers. You also get various, helpful and positive reminders/affirmations throughout the week (every day). Honestly, I love it and it’s a joy incorporating tapping into my everyday life. Feeling far more positive and grateful ✨🙏🏻✨
I bought this app to complement Poppy’s tapping in book. Although there are instructions in the book, I’m quite a visual person and I wanted to make sure I was tapping in the right places. There are lots of different taps on the app for all sorts of things. Tapping is now part of my daily routine, I do it every morning and evening. The one thing I would say is that most of the taps are audio and I would personally prefer to be able to “tap along” with someone as I’m never quite sure if I’m tapping in one area for long enough. That said I’ve just completed a tap and my face feels all tingly so I’m hopeful that is a good sign!
I have known about tapping for so long but having these pre scripted recording to access when I need (eg pre a big presentation) is game changing - the lives are also excellent and I am going to start experimenting with the sleep loops too after a restless night earlier this week!
I much prefer this to the tapping solution. I like Poppy’s voice. The other people sounded like bots. I am thinking of subscribing but there is hardly any content. Perhaps this is just because it is the trial period. I wish there were more lead and calming sessions to try out/

It feels like Poppy is your friend, on your phone, her tone of voice when you need certain pick-me-up comfort or motivation is perfect depending on the situation or requirement and the app design feels delectable and fresh. Also the actual tapping itself feels like it’s working in some instances and it’s a great thing to do when you first wake up for a little booster for the day - oftentimes I find myself thinking of the motivation I had from the morning tapping snippet later in the day when I am doing things like working or frantically socialising and wondering if I’m doing it right. Everyone should try this and stick to it because if you do the free trial and do it every day you’ll probably definitely buy it after.
I have only been using this for a week and I have already felt such a difference. Just a few minutes of tapping a day has revolutionised my life.
Rapid Tapping App is brilliant. I listened to Poppy on the Happy Place Podcast, I had not heard of Tapping before. It has been a life changer, I feel calm more relaxed and am sleeping better. I have had a stressful few years and have been trying to change my mindset to worry less and not worry about what I can’t control and what has not even happened yet. The Tapping really helps. On the App you have live Taps daily, affirmations, relaxation, anxiety, sleep - you can set it to what you need help with. I use it everyday and if you don't have much time its rapid so 5 mins is enough ! Would really recommend, also this is the first time I have left a review for an App !
