The other alternative is through my financial institution’s app. It would be convenient to use RapidPASS app by itself on your iPhone, but it isn’t because you can’t even sign-in. :(

I reached out to CY after the app crashed on login. The response “reinstall”. A brainiac idea, so i did that. Still crashes. I emailed again. The response the second time “it’s not a software issue, hundreds of users use it successfully. An update won’t fix the issue.” So I’m forced to write a pissy review. Brutal.

It keeps crashing when I try to login through SeeWhyLearning. It needs to be fixed!!

Constantly gives me just a black screen. I try everything. Then one day it decides to work. So inconsistent..

Can’t even use this app because it doesn’t recognize my login credentials which I can login to other no issue online, this is frustrating because accessing seewhy from a phone is terrible.

Won’t recognize my account at all. Disappointed by this app to say the least

Even though I am entering the correct information, the application is still denying me access. I know that the information I am entering is correct, as I use the same information for the online portal.
