I took the regular slim program three months back Lost four kg in nearly five weeks with no problem whatsoever I felt that quantity given in the diet is perfect Never felt I was dieting at sny time and the greatest part was weight was going down Then I took a break of three weeks and at the at end of three weeks my wt was same Unlike other diet plans when I used to leave weight came back with vengeance Kudos to the diet ! Then I restarted the diet for a week and without any hassle lost one more kg In between I had a medical emergency But I have learnt the art of eating nutrient dense food plus learnt how to control portion control It has been a game changer for me Keep up the good work !

Diet plans are designed in such a way that they are liked. By whole family and nutritious. Have reduced 5kg so far. The making time of these plans are very less so easy to prepare.

Earlier my weight loss rate was just 1/2 kg per month and I would get disappointed easily. This app has helped me a lot in terms of having delicious and healthy food. Best thing about this app is that it tells you what to eat exactly along with list of groceries. This is an honest review I have been part of Rati beauty weigh loss program (speed slim) it’s been 2 weeks and to my surprise I have lost 3kgs and few inches overall I feel light and my gut is also resolving slowly. Hello people!!! Myself shalin I have started rati diet plan regular slim diet plan on 22nd Feb. I must say this plan has changed my eating habits . From long I had pcos and I have taken medicine for that. did try manny diet plans but every time failed I found Rati beauty on Instagram after seeing soo manny postive result and specially Rati’s transformation I was pretty sure I can do this.i am so happy to see this in just 14 day's I m 4.5 kg down plus I got my periods.
