Quit it is now available for Apple Watch.
Quit It is a tiny motivating program, supporting and encouraging smokers to quit smoking and helping ex-smokers to stay quit.
It keeps track of the cigarettes you did not smoke and how much money you are saving. Furthermore it shows the benefits of quitting as text and calculates a nice ranking for you.

Tobacco option
It should have an option to put in details if you smoke tobacco and not cigarettes. Quite hard to work out otherwise!

Klasse & hilfreich, unterstützt mich seit Mitte November nach 45 Jahren echt harte Raucherin. Die App zeigt jeden kleinsten Fortschritt an und das inspiriert zumindest mich tagtäglich. Tatsächlich hat mir eine Ärztin diese App empfohlen, nachdem ich zwangsläufig beschließen musste, mit meinen Zigaretten aufzuhören. Ich kann diese App tatsächlich jedem nur empfehlen, der tatsächlich den Wunsch hat, mit dem Rauchen aufzuhören.

Wenn du wirklich aufhören willst dann ist das das beste App dafür. Glaub mir ich hatte sie alle ausprobiert!
Unterstützt einen wirklich gut!
Bin zwar erst 3 Wochen rauchfrei aber die App hilft echt gut und zeigt einem immer wieder auf, wo man steht.
