Can I get a refund?
Just purchased and see it is not useable to upload Raw photos directly from my Fujifilm X-S10 to my iPd Pro. Disapointed. Can I get a refund?

This is a powerful underrated software which is constantly updated with relevant powerful tools.
Would be great to get some of the AI stuff we see in Adobe and Luminar. But most important please add the capability to use external cloud storage/file servers
I searched explicitly for free apps only, downloaded this one, and was immediately told it wanted $14 if I was to use it without watermarks on my photos. It's NOT F*ING FREE if you can't actually use it for its intended purpose without paying. I don't mind you charging for your product, but don't F*ING lie to people about it and waste out time. I get "in-app purchases" and unlocking additional features, but BEING ABLE TO USE IT AT ALL is not an additional feature. Just be honest.
Really like this for editing on my iPad.
I just started using RAW Power, I wish I had before. I am a former Aperture user and am delighted. I love the Apple Photos integration. It's all flawless, whether I use the standalone or the extension. Highly recommended!
Leaving this review to offset the negative one I left as I cannot delete the others but the dev of this app made updates to restore the original purchases
210607 Updated review (because, you know, we can update our reviews and ratings) I forgot to mention that the ability to develop a bunch of photos with the same recipe (also known as Batch Processing) is a Really Big Deal. This is often used with a great many photos made on the same occasion at the same settings. For example, you could export and watermark all of your selects of a portrait session at a low resolution, then *email them to your subject for their choices very soon after photographing them. Another use for this may be of interest to people with older computers that are unable to open images in the High Efficiency .heic file format. For some photos we have no choice: Apple Live Photos are made ONLY in this format. Some amongst us dream of the day that Apple will make the most of the format and give us 10-bit gradation in our .heic panorama photos. In any event, RAW Power’s Batch Processing opens up new possibilities for editing such photos on older computers, by exporting them all as .png or .tif files in one fell swoop; .jpg files too if you don’t mind the quality loss of recompression. With a MK0W2AM Apple Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter, these can all be saved out to an external drive. Pro Tip #2: The MK0W2AM also allows you to easily offload images and movies from your iOS Files app, freeing up space on your iPhone or iPad. It’s not necessary for offloading from the Photos app, for which you can use your Mac’s included Image Capture app and the USB charging cable that came with your device. Pro Tip #3: Apple’s iPhones and iPads have superb cameras, but the quality is often wasted on devices with such small screens. Other than pixel-peepers (like me) who may pore over every detail in some photos, you can save people huge amounts of bandwidth by sending photos at 1920 pixel “HD” size. I am sure that 99% of your recipients will never see the difference. Apple’s Mail app allows you to reduce the size of attachments when you press “Send,” but does so to all attachments whereas you might want to send some in the same email at full quality. For Messages, Settings > Messages > Low Quality Image Mode will reduce the size ALL your images, sometimes. It’s inconsistent. RAW Power allows you to choose what pixel dimensions and compression quality alternatives to your full-quality photos to export. You can choose from common sizes, or exact dimensions to suit your needs. *This is risky for some subjects without a lot of visual imagination,
Props to the developer for honouring the free app deal and making it right.
The integration with the Apple Photos ecosystem allows for a streamlined workflow with non-destructive adjustments. Sync between Apple devices is really good and sharing with friends/family is right out of the app. I moved my 60K-ish library to the cloud resulting in a more cost effective solution than with Adobe for me. Part of my reasons to migrate were the obsolete desktop I was using (still have it for backing up) and increased use of my iPad Pro. The new features in v3 are very welcome and I stopped using other apps for editing. Love the new flags and ratings, the creative effects, and batch capability among others. Customer support is excellent as well.
