Don’t spend money on this game
I top up on this game “ buy diamonds” and i didn’t get. I wrote to raziel/ help customers and no answer . After almost 1 week , still no answer :-))). So please dont doing same mistake like me “ no use money on this game “
Crashes
Games keeps crashing and the support is non-responding! U keep losing game progress and mats because of the crashes - but it counts your attempts. So really poor chance of progress!! Don’t buy in-apps since that help and items are gone with all the crasches!! Would give it 0 stars and wonder Why Apple has let it through app store?!?
Boring
Gameplay: u r taking quest, porting to location, spending 50sec to kill all monsters, teleport back to town, taking next quest, teleporting to new location, killing mobs in 50sec, and repeat it many times. All locations very short, if u r exploring all location, destroying barrels etc. u will spend around 2 minutes to clean one, every time u have to teleport to town or to new location and wait loading screen each 2 minutes while teleport to town and to location Update: after update idk why but i was logged out, I logged in again with the same fb acc, and my character disappeared

Cannot fully review as i cannot get app to launch.
As fantastic as this game LOOKS, and how fun i HEAR it is (from a few recommendations) i was desperately looking for a replacement for "Darkness Rises"(RIP) But for some reason, i cannot seem to get the game to launch. It won't go past "downloading resources" and says 0 (amount) is being downloaded, and to be patient. well i left it open for 2 hours and nothing progressed. I tried to find support/help online but only found 3-10 year old abandoned forum posts that sadly never came to a conclusive solution, or any solution. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing caches, restarting phone etc. Honestly none of this has dissuaded me from wanting to try the game, and if anyone can offer me a solution or possible fix i would be eternally grateful. Even a direction to an active forum or facebook page would be great because i can't figure out how to contact the team:(

Sad. Wanted to try it.
Game doesn’t load.
I’ve just booted it up after downloading, but the game never moves past the images it cycles through. My other online games and apps work fine, so it’s not the internet. My iPhone is the 15 pro max, so I know the phone is strong enough. If it doesn’t load I can’t play it.
Really sad
The game won’t even load for me past the start up screen. I’ve tried it on both of my devices and it just keeps saying that it’s loading and I got plenty of space on my two devices.
