تم ارجاع قطعتين اونلاين منذ اكثر من خمسة اشهر ولم يتم ارجاع المبلغ حتى الان وارسلت ايميلات و لم يردوا علي وذهبت للفرع واخبروني بانهم غير مسؤلين عن الموضوع

I purchase some item on this app and waiting for few days and doesn’t arrive, so I try to track my orders and got surprised because they said the orders has not been shipped or process how this things happen I really frustrated.

انصح باستخدام الموقع عوضا عن التطبيق حتى يتم تحسينه

تجربة التسوق عن طريق التطبيق جيدة و ستكون ممتازة إذا توفر خيار الاستلام من المتجر

The material details not mention, it is like a blind buy

Two items came with security tags still attached. Annoyed! I drove all the way to the Jeddah park. Found R&B kids on the second floor. The cashier/manager refused to remove the tags. She said not the same brand. She said I had to go to R&B store itself. Even more annoyed! Horrible!

The app is so slow it will take u ages to use it
