Put your money in this account if you want to get ripped off for no reason
Worst bank app ever nothing works! Even if you want to set a pin , make a transfer half the time server doesn’t respond even the relationship managers were helpless cz they couldn’t do anything bcz app was never working and , getting the account to log in is a real nightmare woukd have given less than one star if possible
I have two iPhones, earlier both used to share same Apple ID but now I have two separate ids. I setup MoBank mobile app for my mother’s account on one phone and my own account on other but every 2 days one of the setup is reset and app suggests me to register again with customer id and PAN and all steps to be followed. I tried it multiple times, changed Apple IDs on both phones, deleted data on app but still facing same issue. I have other bank apps too like YONO but it works well with each account. Please look into your code base and check if it continue to reference old data from somehwere and don’t refresh it after application is installed again from AppStore.

They will money for GO Digital account and they won’t respond you at any time. They will take 1999+GST for GO Debit Card. They will simply say your virtual card is issued but when you open the Rbl bank app you can not see the card and if you reach customer care they will take all the details and we need wait for more than 10 minutes and simply they will say sir you voice is not audible so we are disconnecting the call. And if you go to nearest bank they will take the details and after one week also they will we don’t have any update till now One of the worst banking services I had ever faced
