Not getting bills in emails as wrong email has been registered

There’s no option to change the registered email, they put a wrong email in the account and now I can’t receive the bills on my email.

Bookmyshow offers don’t work. Payments take multiple attempts, good luck reporting an issue via the app.

Since the last couple of months, the card and the app - both are not working I have made all the payments on time, but still the same issue Sent an email to the customer support, but no response

Application is not work well in Apple devices and not open every time give error temporary unavailable….. fix the bug issues in app so users can use the app soomthly

Unable to login to mobile app, RBL website. I wonder if the bank is still existing or already banned. Very disappointing by the customer service. Regretting the purchase of BookMyShow Play card.
