The most ridiculous bug. A camera app that doesn’t let you access your cameras.

Unless you like frustration and apps that don’t work then skip this device. It’s a shame really because the hardware worked and was very good. The camera was clear even in the dark but the software controlled the functionality and the software was literally non existent. I’ve had this device for 6 years and the software was always flaky. Now, it simply refuses to work. When you try to launch the app it just spins and closes. Even when it kind of worked it was just annoying because you had to keep redoing things you had already done numerous times. Save yourself the headache and just don’t.

RCA didn’t do their brand any favors by abandoning this app. I’ll avoid all their products going forward. It wouldn’t have taken much to update this, so it actually works with the OS updates.

No support can’t get camera on line keeps telling me it’s on anther account ant I should delete other account have no idea what where or who has access to my camera that’s not security no way to sort out with out any support!!!!

This RCA security camera rocks. I’m so disappointed that it’s not supported. I’ve just upgraded to iPhone 15 Pro max and the app is crashing constantly. This is much better than a ring doorbell without the fees. I wish you would continue the support on it. it’s not even clear to Contact.

I hate that I have to enter the password every time after opting for the FaceID. After this latest Apple update i did on 1/17/2024 I can’t view my cameras. I have reset my phone and re-downloaded the app and it’s not supported with the new update. I had a company install my cameras around my house and it’s a shame I can’t view them from my phone which is very convenient.
