RCA Signal Finder

My antenna was taken down when my roof was replaced. I climbed my roof many times and tried directing the antenna every which way with poor results. I was at my wits end when I found a reference to this app in a blog. The app turns your smartphone into a compass and helps you orient the antenna like a pro would. Best of all is free and all it needs is your address. One critical fact you need to find out is what side of the antenna is considered the front as that is what need to face the direction that the app provides. This app saved me hundreds of dollars as was considering buying a larger antenna. Try this app first! :-)

Shows my location and where the stations are, but doesn’t change no matter which direction I point my phone. Not sure what the point is.

This app did a great job helping me aim my antenna to get strong signals in my area. Simple yet effective.

It’s only showed me one network the first day, and now it keeps crashing. Not much use.

A basic internet search does a better job. I have three towers in my area, and this app only shows one.

App doesn’t work at all. Will not find out location with address or “current location”. Complete junk.

I purchased a RCA OTA outside antenna and used this app. I expected more. Compared to antenna point app this app missed multiple stations. The antenna works great, just that the app needs improvement.

I enter my address, select the recommended channels, press next and nothing happens. I have tried numerous times and nothing:(

This app isn’t helpful and I don’t like putting in my address. This antenna was supposed to be able to pick up farther distance than my old one, yet this one doesn’t pick up any local channels and my other one picks up from several cities at once. The antenna and app are both awful.

I got the app, followed all the instructions and got the green line to the tower. I still didn’t get the pbs station. I rescanned it in all directions none gave me pbs. I bought this antenna because it showed PBS on the front of the box. Please tell me what to try next!
