The most useless app in the app store.

Been waiting over a week. Have called three times. Told my facial recognition would be activated in 5 days. Keep going through same process every time or get told technicians are working on the problem??

Is the app still functional

Been trying for a week now and app won’t open. Says error occurred.

Unable to login it’s been a couple of days now.. i usually make payments via the app.. now having to go into a store😒. App being down often happens

App does not work on my IPhone 13 Max pro. Keeps on requesting to register. It use to work fine not sure what Update messed up the app. Disappointing app should be removed from the App Store as it advertises a working app but it does not.

I have been unable to log into my app for more than a month! Feedback from support is just that they are aware of the problem but no feedback on when it will be resolved!!! Absolutely pathetic

Very easy to use

This app needs a serious upgrade. First it sends an authentication to the registered number when I had accepted login. Then all of a sudden it returns a response that I have declined it. This has happened many times I even complained about it to hello Peter. Each time I have to delete this app and reinstall it again. Same thing with Edgars app too. I think I'll have to lodge the complaint over and over until it's fixed. Why can't you check with the banks guys what's different that they are doing because you can never expected to keep uninstalling the bank app over and over again because of issues that could be resolved.
