App having too much performance issues After applying coupons its keep loading untill we restart the app Feedback is not submitting While placing the order with coupon, amount is not calculated properly and reflecting on next load

Always a bad experience with RATNADEEP, first of all the app is worst and second with the delivery store. They don’t even accept the order and send the exact items. If we call them they don’t even respond properly. Never order anything again

Ratnadeep In store service is good but online is very pathetic. Out of 600 rs order they will deliver only 400 rs items n when it comes to remaining items or refund you have to call them 50 times n they will keep blaming each other for undelivered stuff n you will never ever get refund or pending items .. customer care service is worse . They don’t have even basic knowledge

Whenever I order they will miss few items and refund me those without prior intimation and sends me a new bill with delivery person and that too lately Or else they will deliver items very lately I mean beyond the promised time Also they will send fruits which are not sold at store.. better to walk and get items every time Waste of using app

Love the convenience of free express delivery with in 30 minutes..

Whenever I order anything the delivery will not happen on time it always delayed by 4 to 6 h though it is express delivery or time slot delivery. I do not recommend currently If they improve delivery speed then it could be good

Extremely slow in loading products details and offers

I called 10-15 time but not picking my calls and i put return request but they are not responding

Cant even add address or login

First there’s no customer care.They deliver improper weight ..degraded quality, also Prices fluctuate within hours. Wrong promotional information on whatsapp.
