rdx for Reddit

It’s a great idea but once you start to refine it and make it “your” app everything falls apart. Missing ability to get out of a search (as of 7/2/24). Not able to follow any subreddits though that’s its big selling point. It’s free so I guess try, maybe it will be usable at some point.

Everything about this app touts the ease of which to import your subscriptions. There doesn't seem to be any guide in the app and I found some developer forum that had instructions that simply didn't work. Hey developer; please make a simple YouTube video I can follow along to so I can give you five stars! Thanks!

Interacting with Reddit is a terrible experience, one this app solves. It lets you view stuff without having to use that dreadful mobile site and without having to talk to Reddit users.

Really suffers from a missing back button however.

Overall app is easy to use, very Apollo esque! I’d say audio and video are solid with some minor boggles here and there. But overall feed quality has been stellar esp the randomness of the main landing page. I don’t know how this app developer is sustaining this app with the bizarre API rates required by Reddit on 3rd party. Props to them!
