Use the Reach Demo App to try out the Reach℠ remote support tool for IoT products. Reach℠ makes it possible to connect you to all of your customers’ devices in the field that uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and initiate a support session to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with your products even if they cannot connect to the cloud.

Can you imagine the following scenario? A customer has purchased your product, and now they need help fixing an issue. They call you at your support center, you instruct them to open your product’s mobile app and press the “Enable Remote Support” button. By pressing the button, the user authorizes access to their physical Bluetooth-enabled device. Upon receiving access, you are now seeing real-time device data and can troubleshoot with ease by reading logs, reconfiguring the device, updating firmware and much more. You and your team can now diagnose and fix the device without leading your customers through a long series of complicated instructions. The result is a great experience for you and the user that saves time increases satisfaction and leads to higher ratings for your product and mobile app!
Reach℠ is also great for developers of BLE devices to make it easy to field test and beta test with ease while debugging remotely. Reach℠ is free for developers.
