I can’t log on through the app. This needs fixing, I am not the only one to complain about this. However I can log on through the website.

Useless app that crashes when you try to view images, cant login to the app despite changing my password multiple times, confirmation of updated password received then login and not recognised Also when you try to change your password no typing keyboard comes up so you have to rely on autofill but then it doesn’t work! Fed up! What a waste of time and only way to communicate with the school! Very very glitchy! Is it new iOS update causing the glitchy mess!?!? Disastrous app!

My app stopped working .. no inbox messages or notifications or any other messages .. deleted and reinstalled and nothing . School say they have no idea as they ticking all the boxes when they send .. . Got rid of the app as doesn’t do anything .. seems to be after an update ? Not worked for 3 months

Can’t copy-and-paste information from the app. Can’t email myself the information if the school hasn’t opted to email. Can’t save images. Just rubbish. Amazing that any schools use it.

Rubbish app has logged me out. It seems like my account has been blocked. I’ve put my password incorrectly and it says invalid username or password. I’ve tried to forgotten password thing but it does not send me a email. I am stuck locked out and very annoyed.

So happy that my daughter’s school have got this app now! So easy to use and much better than getting a ton of emails (that I usually end up missing!). I also love that I can now make online payments instead of needing to pay for everything with cash! Not had any issues yet so I don’t know about their technical support, but I reached out to ask a few general questions to their support team and they were so helpful and friendly :)

Unable to access app as it keeps saying incorrect username password even though I know it’s right even tried resetting and says reset successfully but then doesn’t allow me to login

This is an absolutely awful app, I have been trying to log into my sons account for days

This app has got to be the worst part of my day/life. It is so poorly built. There are too many sections and it takes way too many taps to find what I’m looking for. Everything glitches when you tap or drag (using and iPhone 13 Pro). I loathe having to find messages or appointments - to the degree that I simply don’t care what my school sends. Every parent I talk to (except for about 3 nut jobs with too much time to kill) hate it. I wish my school didn’t use it. It’s infuriating.

Good app except on my iPhone the keyboard covers the send button when am updating absences and there seems to be no way to get it to disappear other than to press cancel and while the close dialogue is up try and press the send button usually takes a couple of tries. checked through all settings but don’t seem to see anything wrong.
