Ridiculously expensive. More than what one would pay for a brand new released book in store!!!

I don’t mind paying to read the story, however it doesn’t make sense and I cannot justify the cost when it costs so much more to unlock a limited amount of chapters, that it works out to triple or quadruple the price of an actual book.

Cost too much to get through one book I got through one book and I’ve already purchased three times. Would be great if it wasn’t so expensive.

Robbery!

There are some decent stories I’d like to continue reading but the points and bonus and coins are ridiculous! It’s costs a fortune to read an entire story. I have spent over $40 on coins and have only completed 20-25% of the story. Do yourself a favor and save your money and time. None of these are that good for all the effort and money required on these reading apps!

So expensive! They broke down book so many chapters, like over 400! So to read a book will cost u a crazy amount money!

Great story but I bought several chapters then a subscription and I was in the 125 chapter and stopped won’t let me read and then takes me back to chapter 7 or 19 and wants me to start over paying what do I do

I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong but waiting to collect enough to read this story is discouraging. The story is great but waiting three days for one chapter is ludicrous and monotonous!

Poor customer service

So I am deeply disappointed with these apps when it comes to customer service. Especially ReadNovels, I purchased a large coin package when I was on vacation in the beginning of September. For some reason the payment didn’t go through until the end of September so essentially a 2 to 3 week processing time. In the meantime while I was waiting for the coins ,I explored ways to read some of these books for free on other apps. Because I couldn’t keep paying when I know one or two of the apps had to deposit coins in my account. Fast forward into October the coins still didn’t post so I requested a refund because I already read 3 of the 5 books for free. They said they couldn’t complete the refund because the payment posted even when my screenshots for my bank said they posted. Then they came back and put the incorrect amount of coins on my account and said they couldn’t provide a refund. It took them 3 days to say they wouldn’t refund my money although the error was on them. Do not waste your money on these apps. Google the book title and there’s free links and apps that u can enjoy these cute novels on. I wish i discovered this method months ago because it would’ve said me tons of money and arguments.
