Love this. Mimics real play

Just switched they should;d have something to show you can play and those that can not should not be able to play advanced.

Computers are good- they make special hands and jump in when someone leaves. But there are repetitive deals and way too many special hands and lopsided joker canastas so that one side will get 10,000 points.

Computer Bots still hold too many Aces towards the end of the game. There are only 6-7 cards left in pile and computer bots have 3 to 4 Aces that they hold. Ridiculous!!!!

This app comes as close to how we play canasta in a group. The bots are pretty good as well. Unfortunately it deals your cards to you after you meld without having to ask for them. It has created a bad habit that when I’m playing in person I forget to ask for my cards after I go down with my initial meld. This of course really upsets my partner. It would be great if there were an option to have to request these cards vs being automatically dispensed. I had to quit using the game for that reason ( amongst others) . Also it would be great if there were an annual subscription option for the app that gives a discount compared to the monthly cost. I have tried other canasta apps and none compare to this one!

Other apps use a very low percentage compared to Real Canasta! Second in battery usage is only 16%! Does anyone else have this problem? Can anyone tell me how to fix this? It is so frustrating! Thank you!

Beware! The computer opponents have a huge advantage. Instead of creating a good game-playing environment, the developers decided to take the easy way out and allow their computer opponents to cheat. My wife and I played against two computer opponents and they had quick wild melds twice in two consecutive hands. And then did it again in the very next game! They also get special hands at a ridiculously high rate. There are a plethora of other examples. I’ve seen other games where people spout off about it being rigged, but after playing a while, I realized they just weren’t very good at the game. This is different. Again—beware!!

I’ve been subscribed and using the Real Canasta APP for one (1) year, and I’ve decided to use different APP. I’ve only played the “solitaire” form of game, but a fair amount of the computer-player responses seem simplistic, compared to what would be expected from experienced players. And this refers to my partner, as well as the opponents in the game(s). Most discouraging….the majority of the games are won by the computer, hands down. And, it makes the games far less fun.
