This is for Texas, I’m looking over it, it’s does have some national stuff but it’s specifically for Texas. I jumped the gun it’s my fault for not reading the reviews first but dangeeet

These (or similar) flashcards should be offered, (at a reasonable price)in hard copy form, to all students during at the beginning of each class ….. without exception.

It will be good if as we can star the cards we need to work on, to mark with a check mark the ones that we already mastered

Really like the app. Need more practice scenarios for the Math portion

These flash cards are for a Texas agent. It is not a national test prep flash card set. It should start that in the description that this is a set for a Texas based real estate exam. That would help the people who live outside of Texas to avoid purchasing it.

There are only 13 flash cards for the real estate portion.

Please develop a option on this app so flash cards are separated with each class taught, i.e., finance, principles I, principles II and so on.

This is a well-designed app that will help you quickly learn important real estate terms. You can very easily tap and swipe through all the cards. This is a great companion to any other study prep material you may have. I recommend also using this just prior to taking your exam. That way, the terms will be fresh in your mind.
