Asking me to subscribe again?!!
I have a current subscription and it is asking me to subscribe again. Can somebody please fix this, or give me a refund?!

I have a current subscription and it is asking me to subscribe again. Can somebody please fix this, or give me a refund?!
I have a year’s subscription until Dec 2020, but it says I have to buy this month’s magazine (April). Tried trouble shooting it as per the FAQ - restoring purchases and syncing library but neither have helped. No contact or support email given on the app in FAQ for this issue, so had to write a review here in the hopes this issue gets resolved quickly. Please sort this out.
Simple but well working app
I have written at least 1/2 DOZEN reviews with no outcome. This is the worst app developer. It is beyond frustrating to say the least. I don’t know how Martha Stewart can actually support this magazine and not hear the voices of the people that have paid subscriptions. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO OPEN ANY NEW ISSUES FOR MONTHS. I HAVE A 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION THAT EXPIRES IN OCTOBER/24.. I WANT MY PAYMENT REFUNDED SINCE I CANNOT READ ANY ISSUES. I HAVE CONTACTED APPLE AND ‘NEVER’ GET ANY TECH HELP. THE APP DEVELOPER NEVER RESPONDS EXCEPT WITH A STUPID ‘THANK YOU FOR YOUR REVIEW’ HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE ..
Every single month I have to report that my iTunes subscription is not working. What a pain.
I have a paid subscription thru 2024 and cannot open up new issues, it’s telling me I have to pay for the issue… this has to be the 2nd most frustrating app since the IOS update. I’m getting no technical help at all … when I requested refund thru Apple I was denied for reason unknown. It’s bad enough I lost all the issues of Martha Stewart’s magazine that I had for years. It’s sickening when I see the celebrities who push there products, books etc that live like queens off people like myself who have supported them for years.
The one thing so far is it won’t expand the page to read the smaller print on ads
The page in the magazine with links to your website are not easily found in the app. I have to get to it from the web. Why not put QR codes on the page instead of the link so rates can get right to the article/ recipe/ ideas, etc
And also I’m not a big fan of the magazine overall with the new editor. This magazine has seen WAY better days :(
I’m having the same issues as everyone else. I cannot access my issues in the app without paying for them. I have a subscription,so I’m getting the hard copies in the mail, but I would like to use my tablet as well!
