I’ve sent requests and pictures to various surgeons to further explore my options but have only heard back from one which is very frustrating. Why is this the case?

The website is Better than the app, the website shows updated questions , the app seems to only show old questions, and the app doesn’t show the entire answer . You should also be able to edit and add to your questions.

Verified doctors need to be in good standing in terms of their medical license which realself claims to check every 3 months for a verified badge. However doctors with wrecked history involving sexual abuse of thousands of patients and restricted licenses are also labeled as verified! Not to be trusted.

It’s a good app for info but it freezes randomly and then loses the page u were looking at which can be annoying sometimes

Photo upload is sketchy at least on iOS 11. It take forever to move from one screen to the next, and by default instead of matching the camera roll app it shows albums and you need to scroll through to “all photos” album. Also pics taken via the app are not the ones selected when moving to next screen. Fix the image upload process and get 5 stars.

Great community...and fantastic app...I feel completely comfortable looking and speaking with others about this sometimes sensitive subject. I love this app/website and find myself lost on here for an hour or more at times and I am waiting for my time to shine when I will be blessed when I will also be fortunate enough to have the procedures that I require. Thank you to the company for creating a secure and effective website app that makes us feel so welcome and very informed about the world of plastic surgery 👍

Have set up login and password. App indicates a error in either. Reentered numerous times and requested retrieval /new password and never receive link. Doesn't appear to anywhere to report this issue.

An excellent resource. Pretty much any question you can think of is addressed, and usually not by just one, but a number of board-certified plastic surgeons.
