Training definitely works but the app itself is garbage it’s consistently bugging and not loading or playing certain video and then they take forever to respond or just never respon

The app was working fine as soon as the update happened the app said I didn’t have a subscription when i already paid for the current month
App doesn’t function properly and there is no customer support.
The training is amazing but the app itself doesn’t function well. Training is unlocked monthly and for 2 of the 3 months so far I’ve had problems. The new training remains locked and I’ve received zero response by email, chat or phone. The skills training is revolutionary but I can’t access it which has been very frustrating.

It makes it easy for a trainer like myself to keep track of my clients and their progress and assign them workouts in between sessions.
