Can’t find small locations such as Dunmore Alberta on this app but can find it on other apps.

The app doesn’t show all the listings, if you go on the website there are way more.

I really wish that they would put conditional offer on there site when a house has one. Or sold or take it down right away so you don’t keep thinking it’s still available when it’s not.

The app has improved over the years, to the point where I actually liked it a lot! LOL. But… the recent addition of an annoying advertising banner at the bottom just made me say “are you kidding me?”. It flashes at you so much I just want to say “get lost!” Do you really need the extra money?

Due to Canadas lax privacy regulations you don’t get prompted to accept/decline the tracking cookies when installing from a Canadian IP location. Install the same app in the EU, where I am today, and you are prompted with a never ending list of trackers to accept/decline. This is so frustrating and such an invasion. CREA is barely above a criminal enterprise on a good day, now I learn they closely track you as well.

I don’t necessarily have an issue with the implementation of ads, but that typically means that the application itself gets better. in this case is the same piece of junk that constantly fails. Only now there’s ads everywhere you turn where once there wasn’t. Time to switch to another app

Mostly OK. But doesn’t display HOA/Strata fees prominently.
