Buggy

Wont even log in even though all details are correct. Screen just goes black with no status feedback. Deleted the App and reloaded but no change. Tried a different device but same issue. Gave up!

This App Scans your details and wastes your battery

Last night I charged my phone to 100% and I went to work and during work my battery was dramatically draining. At the end of the day I checked my battery and everything was okay but today I saw that this monstrosity of an app has been taking my battery. All of my details were taken away and my passwords were leaked. Do not download this app. It is terrible..

Requires sign-in

1 star because it requires a sign in account to do anything. I get that the free version will be basic and I will need to spend $ to unlock things. But I can’t fry it at all without creating an account with username and password. Nope! Deleted.

Account creation process broke Reason apps

This and Figure are both just stuck on a black screen after the introduction. Not sure why this hasn’t been fixed yet but it seems like no-one cares about these apps now. Really unfortunate as they were leading class in rapid tune creation.

Won’t even load - black screen

I can’t get past the login screen - it just goes black and freezes. I’ve tried rebooting and reinstalling. Good thing it is free!

Ok but can be better.

Just like any other free app with a money extorting goal. Groovebox is very similar to it. Initially good. You want control you pay up. I own a verison or Reason on my computer and it’s decently made. The app seems great as well but at the moment if you need some control you have to cough up money for each instrument. Would be great if developers would give “free to purchase for a month” thing at the times when this virus is still on. It will draw the attention for future customers plus many users can than report what can be added, changed, upgraded and than once it’s fixed start charging.

Good but lacking in features

Would be great to be able to have these in the app: Automation for parameters Multiple instruments Finer timing control on the step sequencer (swing is missing)

Paid content is now gone

The OLD VERSION of this app was good & the PAID CONTENT was expensive but excellent! and then they changed it and now its all different PLUS THE PAID CONTENT NO LONGER EXISTS. Guttered and broken The new stuff looks good but who knows if they will change it again

Figure is better

It's like Figure but with an less pretty and less intuitive interface. Also the vertical midi roll feels weird. Automatic screen rotation like in figure would make more sense. The sounds are all very good though. Plus the added controls and FX are great!

I expect more from Reason.

This just feel like a cut down version of Groovebox. Pricey and yet limited. It’s a shame! Korg electribe wave or BeatHawk can do more for less money.
