What’s the point of this app? You can’t make payments for your energy bills despite all the bills saying you can. There’s simply no option to do so. It’s a nice-looking app with no functionality of merit.

Nice, fancy UI with zero functionality! Cant make payments, cant download bills, nothing🤷🏼‍♂️

Agree with the other reviews. Terrible App. Rarely lets me submit meter reads. Sometimes the option to submit reads will disappear all together , other times the options will appear but when you do select them, the app will click through to a blank page which doesn’t let you submit any readings. Not once has it shown any usage insights and it will also say the data is not available, despite being 8 months into being a rebel customer . Not fit for purpose what so ever.

Got to thank rebel energy from answering the phone to ending the conversation. They listen to you and totally understand your situation and do everything for you.

Absolutely awful app. Never works when sending meter reads, you have to do it multiple times before it actually accepts them. No-one seems to pay attention to your reads anyway, I’ve had it on a few occasions when I’ve sent my meter reads, and then they’ve put their own reads on instead which is always higher

Simply doesn’t work. App is slow to respond if it does at all, often hangs up with useless error messages. Can’t see any Information about my bills or insights. Completely useless app. Will be switching to eon asap.

Has a good idea. But too frequently after login in there is no field of “submit reading”. And when it’s appears , then it’s to slow. There is no information about my consumption, despite this option is provided.

I am only getting energy consumed and not any cost. Also my budget is not working at all so I’m not receiving my costs to check my spending. The app has potential but needs to be sorted out asap.

Since you released my last bill I now cannot read my last bill or the current bill it’s just a blank screen. There are no updated usages for gas or electricity. I am having serious doubts about Rebel Energy since joining with them. The App is very poor and extremely mediocre for an energy company. You say on site that direct debits don’t increase unless I’m using more, I used less energy and my DD still increased with only 4 days notice which I find is wrong. I’m in considerable amount of credit but you still increase the DD for no apparent reason whatsoever or reasoning when I called about it.. Absolutely shocking customer service support
