Once you get the hang of it it is simple but powerful and gets the job done. I like the flexibility in what and how you do calculations Good

An instruction set for using the calculator would be helpful. I eventually figured it out. Free is good.

I’ve been using this app for many years and sit really is the easiest and most convenient way of calculating for myself and clients.

I use this app for calculating all types of loans for my investments. Very functional and simple to use. Everything I wanted in a mortgage app with no extra fluff.

There should be a way to calculate the loan amount with the information of payment, interest rate and term.

If only this app has an option to add HOA, property taxes, pmi to calculate into payment, it would of been a 5 star app and I wouldn’t mind paying for it. In the meantime, I would have to keep searching.

I put million dollar house and it says pmt only 2,600 buy other apps say it’s much more

Online video is in Spanish. Which I don’t know.

Calculations are correct. Awful UI. Why use this app when there are others out there, that do the same and don’t have a lousy UI.
