Re:Call

Cannot call certain numbers or receive sms messages. Complete garbage.

Can’t do the above. Or it’s not obvious how. Two stars penalty until resolved.

Just downloaded the app and opened it and I’m confronted with having to sign in! How can I sign in when there is now way to create an account or do anything else!!!

New “improvements” are disastrous. Wiped all of the existing contacts I’ve built up and then decided to crash every time I try to open the app. Hope there’s a fast following further update. Who tests this stuff before it’s released!?!?

App performs well and the new text messaging function is a lot less buggy than previously. Main thing still missing is better integration with the native dialler. We need to be able to know if a call is work or personal if the number isn’t saved, and for numbers saved within re:call to show on the caller ID. Is it coming soon?

Too many bugs!

I have a Jabra 65 headset and it doesn’t support it rendering it no use as my firm only issue that type of headset. Having to switch back to 2 phones.

This app saves me having to carry two phones. On the whole I like it and would recommend it. Why doesn’t it get more than 3 stars? Two reasons 1) for inbound calls it doesn’t show me who is calling from my saved directory 2) more annoyingly there are occasions when I press hash to answer a business call, it says “hash not recognised” - please fix!!!

App is working well but I do have problems when using a Bluetooth headset. When the call rings the name of the caller is announced via Bluetooth but as soon as I accept the call Bluetooth drops and I have to pick up my handset. Maybe something I’m doing but I can’t find anything in settings.

Love this and only have to take one phone for work. Two things that could be improved, I can’t delete the call list so this seems to be never ending and could we ditch the message that pops up each time saying you will dial the central number, surely if I am using the app I know that will happen, just add one extra steps that isn’t needed.
