I have been using easy expense for over a year and it is so intuitive to use. I recently had a question when I changed emails for work and to my amazement I had a real human responding to me in real time by email. The pdf summaries are excellent for any record keeping. This App is totally worthwhile!
You have reports that have zero features I’m unable to separate report data year to year. I guess nobody thought that I might create a report for specific property that we continue year to year. You claim to have the ability for me to upload receipts and sent over 300 receipts none of which populated none of which were readable costing me hours and hours of time I’ve literally just wasted $12,000 in time inputting that into your software that has zero functionality yearly year so I cannot separate my 2023 expenses specific report from 2024. And you have no phone support and this is now gonna cost me $50,000 in time to navigate
Easy Expense is relatively easy to use. BUT the Smart Receipt scanner is not smart. It often misreads the store name and expense total. It often reads the discount amount at a grocery store as the total.
I’ve been comparing a few apps for business expense purposes and this is one is by far the most simple and effective. Still learning how to use it but so far so good.
I’m very glad that I came across this amazing app. Helped me organize all of my receipts that I’ve been saving for years. Now I’m using this app as I go almost every day. Highly recommend!

This app is awesome.. I get so annoyed at the apps that makes you download then suddenly charge you so much. This was easy to use and omg so useful to keep track of everything. The interface is idiot friendly and absolutely a must to keep track.
This app has helped us save and reorganize our budgets as well as our monthly spending.
