The app is very buggy. It locks up and often crashes. It constantly asks you to enter your gate code even though the code is stored and displayed in the app. The gate only opens about 50% of the time. Overall kinda useless because of these issues.

Y’all are complete trash as a company I feel sorry for anyone that rents storage from you

Nice facility but the rates they are charging are excessive.

Been renting for several months on autopay then extended an extra month. They didn’t say anything and didn’t/couldn’t do autopay again and restricted me from facility without warning.

I love the ease of the mobile app , and getting in and out of the gate

I requested to be off of this on 31 January now here it is the middle of February and I’m still getting bills. I talked to someone on the email still have payment due don’t understand how I can let them know four times now that I’m not to be in that unit anymore yet I’m still getting billed for the month of the unit beware

App does not allow partial payments

I have tried several times to fill out your paperwork. You did not have the address in there and now I’m told my card was no good I had to re-enter my card. I’m very unhappy with the new ownership.

No one answers when I call. I leave a voice mail and get called back three days later. Wish the previous owners still had the faculty.
