Fake app

I want to cancel. I subscribed free for 3 days and the app doesn’t even work, says wrong api format, I want to cancel before I’m charged for something that is useless.

Wouldn’t recognise my number, then incredibly difficult to track down app on phone to cancel subscription

I payed for an app that doesn’t recognise my phone number really??! Why?

All I get is “the api response is not in the correct format. Waste of time, now to unsubscribe.

I installed this app, attempted to use it but my telephone number was not recognised (although the correct number was entered) to the app was dysfunctional. Resultantly I cancelled the subscription (or at least believed I had done so). However, I was recently billed for the app and I do not know how to go about cancelling the subscription and obtaining a refund. I have no use for the app since it is inoperable in my case. I there anyway to communicate with Apple or the developer directly to resolve?

This app is rubbish you can use this app on the free trial!! It won’t let you… won’t except my number keep saying it’s wrong! Don’t go there people
