Drives me crazy having to manually enter credit card details every time I use the app. Apple Pay would be nice. I would settle for the app remembering my details. Menus are also pretty annoying…

Suggestions to improve would be to allow you to save your favourite sandwich and just to re-order it the next time more quickly. Also the ability to save your credit card from the last time so you don’t have to input it in each time. The time it takes to select the items and stop to find my credit card has stopped me from ordering some days.

Love the ease of use in ordering, even keeps old orders to re-use which are adjustable or i can customise new sandwiches each time.

Can’t close the pages to go back to the main screen, stuck on building the sand which page. Also saving contact info and Credit card info would be great. Annoying to constantly input the information every time. Make the X at the top of the screen easier to tap to close different pages of the app.

It asks to remember and save credit card but I have to enter it every time. Other than that works well

Don’t get me wrong being able to order ahead through an app is great. However, the app does not remember your orders or favourite sandwiches or even your credit card information so it is a little bit frustrating to add that every time it should retain some of that information, it should also make Apple Pay an option.

This app is the single most frustrating piece of c rap I’ve ever used. I don’t know why I keep trying. I’m probably 1-15 in actually getting an order to work. Just end it

Probably a decent app, but the sandwiches don’t appear to be customizable at all, as advertised. Would like one without mayonnaise but I can’t see any way to exclude, so can’t use the app to order.

Pretty basic functions for any mobile ordering app are lacking. Really unfortunate

The app cannot save favorite sandwich or credit card info. We are frequent buyers but it is a pain to add the info every time.
