Ah. RED
I have two small issues since joining RED. 1) The Appli is not correctly reflecting the deal I’ve subscribed to. It has displays: SFR BOX 8 EXPERIENCE 2020… indicating our internet speed is only 300 Mb/s. When I subscribed to: RED Box Fibre, and with SFR BOX 8 with an internet speed of 2 Gb/s. La conseiller a dit que nous avons besoin de patience… 2) Est-ce que l’appli “RED TV” sera disponible sur l’App Store APPLE dehors France? Pour l’Appli «SFR Cloud », et l’appli « SFR TV », celles sont disponibles sur l’App Store d’Australie, mais pas “RED TV”. If there was any other way of submitting this request, but sadly, this review is my only opportunity to communicate with RED in French or English on this topic. If these things above functioned I would give the RED by SFR Application 5/5 stars.
